We recently completed a home addition using T-Square Company. We doubled the footprint of our home by adding a very large master suite, a second garage, and workshop.
First and foremost, I would like to state that working with Dave, his crew, and the talented professionals he employed was the best experience we could have hoped for. We have worked with several other contractors in Austin in the past and none compares to the professionalism, the quality of work, the attention to detail, the persistence in ensuring we were completely satisfied, the honesty, and the craftsmanship he and his team bestowed upon us. As with any home renovation/addition, we had people coming and going in and out of our home for a considerable amount of time but Dave and staff ensured that they were as unobtrusive and respectful of our property and neighbors as one could hope for. We always felt safe and secure knowing that he was handling the work for us. Dave unlike most contractors was at the job site 100% of the time and did not leave us hanging with half completed work for days or weeks on end. I personally witnessed Dave doing and redoing things until he was satisfied. Due to his very high standards and attention to detail, this a testament to his professionalism and dedication. Dave is a stand up guy and upon completing this work I am very proud to tell people who completed the work. T-Square Company will always be welcome at our home, and I feel obligated to tell my friends they can depend on him to complete their construction work as well.
The end result of Dave’s work at my home is nothing short of exceptional. I would highly recommend T-Square for your residential home construction, renovation, home addition, custom cabinetry, and probably any other type of home remodel or building you need or desire. It has been my pleasure to work with the T Square Company for many years. I lease over 500,000 square feet of office space and retail space in Austin and have a need to build out the spaces or remodel the spaces periodically.
Dave Traut and his Company have done numerous jobs for me in the past and I find them very cooperative and conscientious about the jobs. They have worked with my Tenants and my Architects in the design aspect of the spaces along with a lot of “hand holding” of the Tenants during the construction phase. He always was good at solving any problems in the field with as little involvement from me as possible. I greatly appreciate that characteristic of Dave Traut and his Company.
His quality of construction was without reproach. We never had call backs for poor craftsmanship on any of the jobs he completed. He always was cognizant of the time line and would brief all parties if there were any delays in materials being delivered or the inspectors not showing up.
